Cyphomandra Betacea

Also known as Nordic mango, cassava tomato, very similar to tree tomato. Native to Bolivia, Peru and Northern Argentina, Colombia. Oval, with a gelatinous texture, its color oscillates between orange and purple, with a pleasant aroma, juicy and somewhat acid pulp with numerous seeds.

Indications to keep the fruit fresh

It is recommended not to break the cold chain, store in places away from strong odors, and keep as much as possible at temperatures of 13º C. For conservation in controlled environments, maintain relative humidity between 65 – 70%.
